Sesame seed vegetable stir fry

Thinly sliced Red peppers
1 onion sliced into rings
1/2 baby marrows
1 cup mushrooms unsliced
2 Tsp Sesame oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Piece Ginger
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Handful of sweet corn
Handful fresh coriander
1/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
¼ tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions Spaghetti With your spaghetti ready, put the water in a pot and bring to the boil. When your water has boiled, add salt (1 tsp) and oil (2 tbsp). The oil will help prevent the spaghetti from sticking to each other. Add your spaghetti and push it in bit-by-bit until it is fully immersed in the water without having to break the spaghetti. You could break it, but it takes out the fun of eating spaghetti Stir your spaghetti and regular intervals until it is cooked. When it is al-dente pour it into a colander and run it under cold water to stop any further cooking. Return your spaghetti to the pot. Add your margarine (2 tbsp) and stir to evenly spread it and allow it to melt. Once done cover the pot to contain the heat. l Set Aside and prepare your stir fry !! For the Stir Fry  Heat a large skillet over high heat . – Add sesame oil , onion , garlic , ginger and red pepper . Fry for a minute or further to your texture preference. – Add the baby marrow, sweet corn and drizzle soy sauce and the rice vinegar. Fry for a further minute , not overcooking your vegetables. – Add mushrooms , baby tomatoes,chili flakes and parsley . Cook till your mushrooms are ready -Remove from heat , add your spaghetti and toss together for the flavors to absorb . – Sprinkle the sesame seeds and add fresh parsley and serve !!!
